Paralegal The candidate will support foreclosure operations. Responsibilities vary with the team to which you are assigned, but typically include preparing and reviewing documents to support our foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. A paralegal certificate or relevant college degree is required unless candidate has 2+ years of legal experience. Knowledge of foreclosure and/or bankruptcy processes, helpful. Must have ability to work effectively and professionally with attorneys, paralegals, clients and courts. Familiarity with CaseAware is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and other business support software.
