Practice law at this mid-size Connecticut firm with a long history of providing quality legal services to an impressive list of clients. The firm handles corporate, litigation, employment, regulatory, insurance, and other types of law. They are now looking to hire more stellar attorneys.
Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for obtaining and following-up on all medicals, indexing and sequencing; ongoing communication through to expert disclosures; up-to-date, periodicals, general internet research. Collaboration with counsel, consultants and witnesses for discovery and testimony purposes; preparation and continuing duty to disclose. Pleading preparation and e-filing. Update and maintain litigation files. Trial Notebook Preparation. Other duties as assigned by the attorneys. Should preferably have 1 years' PQE.
