Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate should have 2 years of experience in defense of first-party property claims litigation, that possesses an Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar; excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills; exceptional time management and organizational skills; a commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice; Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software; experience in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
