Paralegal / Legal Secretary The candidate will manage transcription, document preparation, calendar organization and filing as well as obtaining records and evidence from multiple sources. Will manage role that involves primarily workers' compensation and civil litigation and occasional commercial real estate. Draft letters and documents and a working knowledge of word processing. Detail oriented and motivated individual is absolutely necessary. Transcribe dictation, process notices and diary events on calendar. Contact with various entities to obtain information and evidence for files. Organize and file records and documents for trial and mediation. Prepare legal documents and forms. Strong English language and typing skills is a must. Must be able to prepare and draft correspondence independently as needed. Paralegal certificate is necessary. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
