Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Preparation or review of documents for real estate acquisitions and dispositions and real estate loans. Assisting with the drafting of purchase and sale agreement amendments, leases and other transaction documents. Due diligence reviews of property documents and leases. Contract administration and management, including reviewing and analyzing contracts and lease documents. Pre-closing and closing management, including preparing binders. Reviewing title and survey documents. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 -5 years commercial real estate experience in law firm environment preferred Excellent writing and interpersonal communications skills. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a client service focus. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. An understanding of and experience with commercial real estate transactions, either from the acquisition and development side of the transaction or from the finance and lending side of the transaction, also excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
