Request specific docs from petitioner and beneficiary, followup. Timely prepare forms, letters, and evaluation requests. Prepare the forms, LCA, PWR, letter, for various industries, and various occupations. Must have 2+ years of immigration experience. Should be organized, detail oriented, interested in researching. Must have experience with PERM, E2, L1, H1b, and EB1 issues. Experience with INSZoom or similar is required.
