Sr. Real Estate Paralegal/Processor Title Concord, New Hampshire High volume title company/law firm seeking real estate processor that can manage a high volume of residential files independently. The Sr. Real Estate Paralegal/Processor will be responsible for: Review all title order requests that are assigned and outline tasks and objectives for each transaction Collaborate with processing assistant Review title commitments Confirm that all closing requirements have been satisfied Review and fulfill lender closing instructions Prepare closing documents including but not limited to Closing Disclosure and ALTA Settlement Statements Prepare closing packages to email to remote closers or to print for local closers Balance escrow accounting and prepare checks Correspond with lender clients, realtors, buyer/borrowers and sellers Assistance with title resolution may be necessary on some transactions and would be handled in collaboration with our team of title attorneys Skills and experience required: Experienced preparing and reviewing title commitments, Have expertise with e-closing software including escrow accounting Be highly organized and able to track a case from initial contact through closing. Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have a minimum five years of experience in drafting and preparing closing documents for NH, MA, and ME.
