Part-Time Legal Secretary The candidate will prepare motions. Will do dictation, calendaring, drafting of legal documents, various administrative duties such as travel coordination and coordinating meetings, inputting attorney time, and other duties as assigned. Should have 1-3 years of civil defense litigation experience. Must have knowledge of litigation procedures and processes, e-filing, and creating a table of authorities. Prior experience with attorney dictation, expense reimbursements, calendaring and scheduling work, inputting time, and coordinating meetings and travel is required. Attention to detail and follow-through are essential. Must be open to taking on new responsibilities and challenging tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment, and typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is needed.
