Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of experience; Highly organized self-starter, able to develop and maintain consistent processes. Experience with case management, research, preparing/filing court documents, e-discovery, e-document management, and organizing exhibits/pleadings are required. Litigation experience required; Experience with personal injury litigation required; Experience with probate preferred; Excellent verbal/written communication skills; Flexible and enthusiastic; Ability to work and thrive under pressure and deadlines; Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendaring, and file management; Some experience with criminal cases a bonus; Extremely detail oriented.
