#Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney ##Overview Our law firm is looking for attorneys with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Data Privacy & Cyber matters to join our office. This practice area requires 1,900 hours of work, and those who exceed this requirement will be eligible for a bonus. ##Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Assigning clients impacted by cybersecurity incidents - Working with forensic teams throughout investigations - Determining reporting obligations - Drafting individual and regulatory data breach notifications - Responding to regulatory inquiry - Assisting clients with internal and external messaging Pre-breach policy drafting and/or preparedness training experience is preferred, but not required. ##Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - Credentials from an ABA-approved law school - An active law license - Excellent communication skills Our law firm values diversity and offers LGBTQ and Women's initiative groups, as well as other excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
