Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator The candidate will coordinate all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus recruiting, the callback interview process and lateral recruiting. Will work closely with the Recruiting and Development Manager to implement effective recruiting strategies and searches. Coordinate preparation for and execution of our summer associate program. Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews and coordinate. Coordinate on boarding and orientation of our new and lateral associates. Facilitate the office s training and mentoring programs. Assist in developing and creating initiatives and attorney development programs. Regularly articulate and promote talent development programs to attorneys. Build awareness, understanding, and support for the Firm s talent development initiatives. Involvement in the attorney evaluation process.
The candidate should have 4 year College Degree. Should have experience with Law Cruit and Workday or other applicant tracking system. Should have 2+ years of experience in Attorney Recruiting and/or Attorney Development (preferably in a large law firm environment) or Professional Services Experience. Technical skills and the ability to consider and analyze data and how it can be best utilized for the firm talent development efforts are desired.
