Associate Attorney-trademarks Candidate The candidate will work for a music/trademark practice. Will handle trademark registration, maintenance, counseling, due diligence, search-report analysis, legal research and analysis on quasi-litigation matters, office action responses, prosecution, light TTAB litigation (oppositions & cancellation proceedings), and general trademark portfolio docketing and management. Duties will also include handling of Intellectual Property related licensing agreements, with crossover to music law / entertainment law matters. The candidate should have a minimum 1-3 years & apos; experience ideal but will train. Must have taken at least Copyright and Trademark in law school and be California-admitted. Need basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, Westlaw research and Quickbooks. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and be able to handle heavy workload and maintain own priority, action list. Work hours are 10-6 with flexible off days.
