Litigation Attorney (Bilingual) The candidate will be responsible for extensive personal injury litigation, including, without limitation, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, motions, negotiation and trial. Client meetings and communications. Some supervising and training of others. Assisting with pre-suit matters, from time to time. Other related duties. The candidate should have a minimum of two(2) years of injury litigation experience. A licensed Florida attorney in good standing. Spanish/English fluent. Experience as an insurance defense attorney is preferred, but will consider plaintiff-side litigation experience, as well. Able to hit the ground running and handle all aspects of litigation from filing and discovery through trial. Must already be competent to handle a case from filing through trial. Must be aggressive. Must be a Team Player, caring and hardworking.
