Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for handling civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, reviewing medical records, summarizing medical records and issuing subpoenas to healthcare providers and other third-parties, summarizing depositions, using Alacourt and PACER and researching online information, attending trial and assist attorneys in trial, including the use of trial software during the course of the trial. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the general ability to operate legal software, including the use of billing software and litigation software. Past experience handling insurance defense/personal injury litigation is preferred. 5+ years of Paralegal experience is required. High school or equivalent degree is required. Work authorization of United States is required.
