Paralegal/ Legal Assistant Candidate will assist with drafting documents, filing motions, interviewing clients and other claims/litigation related matters. Will handles a variety of cases including: wrongful death, trucking collisions, motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury claims. Candidate must be highly organized, operate well under pressure and with minimal supervision, be detail oriented and understand the importance of deadlines. The ability to relate with a diverse group of people in a variety of situations is equally as important as the applicant s trustworthiness, discretion, judgment and critical thinking.
