Litigation Paralegal Duties: Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical and other related records; Summarizing depositions, scheduling depositions and independent medical evaluations. Qualifications: 3+ years' experience to focus on products and premises liability. 3+ years of paralegal experience. Document management experience; Trial experience. Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. A working knowledge of e-filing in Kentucky, Indiana, and federal courts. Should exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in fast paced environments. Strong technical and database skills.
