Litigation Paralegal The candidate s duties will include scheduling, drafting pleadings, discovery, e-filing, State Court/Federal Court processes, ordering medical records/bills, and communicating with clients/adjusters/attorneys. Should have High School diploma. Bachelor s degree/Paralegal Certification is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of experience in a personal injury firm. Needles Software experience is a plus. Must have skills in MS Office.
