Associate Attorney; Commercial Litigation The candidate will work in the practice area of commercial litigation. Area of practice will include disputes that may arise in a business setting, such as, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, employer/employee disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and construction defects/disputes. Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school required. License to practice law in North Dakota or ability to obtain such a license prior to the start date. Valid drivers license. License to practice law in Minnesota or ability to obtain such a license prior to the start date preferred. Applicants with litigation experience. Applicants with courtroom experience a plus. Should be self-motivated and value an office environment where the number one goal is client service and satisfaction.
