Attorney at Law The candidate will work in general Plaintiff litigation. Must have experience in litigating cases in federal courts. Will handle police excessive force/ civil rights cases , medical malpractice, product liability and employment cases. Must be able to work independently from case inception to trial. Excellent research and writing skills. Second chair trial experience is preferred, and deposition experience required. Must have exceptional speaking, writing, analytical and research skills, and an ability to work well with clients and opposing counsel. Must be able to prepare pleadings and discovery with high degree of skill.
