Associate Attorney Candidate will be focused on credit reporting, identity theft and class action litigation is seeking a full-time associate attorney to work out of either its midtown office. Must be admitted in at least one state (admission in NY or MS preferred), and must have: 1+ years of federal litigation experience; superior persuasive legal writing ability; and strong academic credentials. Prior consumer protection experience (FCRA, TILA, EFTA, FDCPA, Mag-Moss, Predatory Lending, UDAP, civil RICO, etc.); federal class actions and/or collection defense/lender liability strongly preferred. Former federal clerks strongly encouraged to apply.
