Part Time Nurse Paralegal The candidate assist with investigating the facts and claims being asserted. Review medical records and other relevant documents. Draft a chronology summarizing and indexing salient portions of records to be used in case. Assist with analysis of nursing/medical issues and interpreting for legal professionals. Research professional literature related to treatment, conditions and damages claimed in case. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles. Assist with organizing and maintenance of documents in filing systems. Obtain affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court. Assist legal professionals with preparation and trials, including development of exhibits, impeachment, etc.
