Temporary Part-time Civil Litigation Contract Attorney The candidate will perform management of cases to include drafting pleadings for filing in state and federal court, handling written discovery, taking depositions, and handling court appearances. Must have a J.D. degree from an accredited institution and licensure in Nebraska and/or Iowa; work within diverse practice groups handling insurance, commercial, employment, and other litigated matters. Must have the ability to manage assigned cases in a collaborative environment with moderate oversight.
