Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will be supporting two attorneys with responsibilities such as the following: Calendar management; Drafting correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and nonparty requests; Client contact; Communicating/Coordinating care with medical providers; Handling telephone intake of new cases; Filing (electronic) in state and superior court; Medical record ordering and maintenance; and scheduling depositions, hearings, and other events. The candidate should preferably have law firm experience. Should have 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity or with a professional services company or firm. Strong technical skills are required. Experience with Needles or a similar case management software would be a plus. Must possess excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
