San Diego office seeks an office services assistant/receptionist ideally with receptionist and/or offices services support experience in a professional environment. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone, directing calls, maintaining and monitoring faxes, conference rooms, office supplies and reception area; ordering food for meetings and events; taking inventory sending/receiving packages; processing incoming and outgoing mail, and other duties as assigned. Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required as well as basic computer skills.
