# Associate Attorney (Litigation) at a Law Firm in Baltimore, Maryland A law firm based in Baltimore, Maryland is looking for an Associate Attorney (Litigation) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for case management, research and writing, discovery, motions practice, client contact, and more. The firm practices in state and federal courts in civil matters and the candidate must have experience in civil litigation and the ability to handle all aspects of trial preparation. ## Responsibilities - Handle all aspects of trial preparation - Manage cases - Perform research and writing - Conduct discovery - Engage in motion practice - Communicate with clients ## Requirements - Maryland Bar Admission - 2 years of legal experience - Experience or interest in the field of CyberLaw, IT or IP related law - Ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work - Experience working on a number of separate cases (criminal or civil suits where complaint has been filed) ## Compensation This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000.
