Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience in personal injury on the plaintiff's side, and must be thoroughly familiar with California Civil Procedure, Local Rules, propounding/responding to discovery, drafting complaints, trial preparation, and calendaring. Strong legal research and writing skills a definite a must. Must have excellent organizational ability and good working knowledge of PI. and must be able to handle a substantial case load. Must have excellent grammar and communication skills. Must be able to type 60 wpm. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
