Personal Injury Attorney The candidate's duties include: To manage a case load comprised of both Pre-litigation and Litigation cases. Conduct depositions; Negotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Council to obtain maximum case values for our clients; Maintain regular and comprehensive communication with our clients. Must have 2 years of Personal Injury Law practice. Should have strong negotiation skills and must have ability to manage time and case load.
