Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience with answering discovery, mediation preparation, and trial. Personal Injury experience strongly preferred. Must have knowledge of state statutes, forms, processes, procedures, and court rules. Must be a team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to effectively manage a high-volume caseload. Must have proficient and adaptable computer skills. Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
