Seeking Litigation Attorney with 3+ years' litigation experience. The candidate must have good academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills and experience handling a large volume of cases from inception through trial. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Experience in the practice areas of Insurance Defense, Auto, Employment, and/or Medical Malpractice is preferred. Must have a solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, experience with legal analysis, drafting motions and discovery, and deposition and courtroom experience.
