Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of workers' compensation matters. Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings ICMS. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Set up medical appointments/ IME's. Answer discovery. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. 3+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal is essential. Experience with workers' compensation laws and forms is critical. Should be Spanish speaker.
