Immigration Paralegal Candidate will primarily be involved in assisting with the preparation and submission of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions and permanent resident applications. 2-3 years of business immigration experience required. Must have good MS Word WP skills, be reliable, self motivated, and be able to handle a broad variety of tasks for the day to day operation of a small law office.
