# Immigration Associate Attorney MacDonald, Hoague & Bayless (MHB) is a leading Civil Rights and Immigration Law firm located in downtown Seattle. We are looking for an Immigration Associate Attorney to join our Immigration department. This position is responsible for managing employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters (H, L, E, O, P, TN), family and employment-based immigrant visa matters (EB-2/ EB-3 PERM, EB-1 multinational manager/executive, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and National Interest Waivers), and naturalization cases. ## Qualifications The ideal candidate should have two or more years of immigration attorney experience handling employment and/or family-based matters. Additionally, experience in removal, federal court litigation, and analysis of immigration consequences of crime are a plus. The candidate should also demonstrate the following skills: * Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills * Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff * Experience in managing a varied caseload in a high paced environment * Ability to identify legal issues, analyze facts, and determine appropriate case strategies * A strong interest in following immigration policy developments * Enthusiasm for growth, receptive to constructive feedback, and open-minded * Technically adept - strong basic computer skills, familiarity with immigration-related computer systems/tools * Self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment ## Employment Requirements Upon hire, you must provide proof of 1) Your eligibility to legally work in the US; and 2) Your COVID full vaccination status. ## Benefits At MHB, we recognize that our employees are our most important asset.
