Estate Planning Associate Attorney The candidate will have integrity, great judgment, the ability to anticipate, a high energy drive, and the ability to get things done. Candidates with at least two years of experience are encouraged to apply. Specifically, this associate attorney will focus his or her practice on estate planning. The candidate should be a good oral communicator, storyteller, and educator. A good character flaw of this candidate will be perfectionism (spelling or grammatical errors are not acceptable; the willingness to independently stay updated on advancements or changes in the field are expected). This role requires an attorney to educate clients in a real-life manner on the need for estate planning; being able to engage with clients as real people is a must. The knowledge and specificity required for good estate planning is top priority in filling this role.
