General Liability Practice - Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3 years experience in general liability practice handling civil litigation matters and specifically the defense of bodily injury cases (auto, premises liability, products, transportation, construction, and landlord tenant). Must Have credentials from an aba approved law school, be actively licensed by the california state bar, and have excellent Writing skills. Must have the ability to handle cases independently and has experience working for insurance companies. Duties include independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and partners on matters.
