Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have at least 2 years' of experience in personal injury to join our personal injury litigation group in office. Will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury cases along with managing staff members and associates working. Will have the opportunity to learn from other trial attorneys with proven records of success! In addition to one-on-one training, has a training program that includes weekly group training. Will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the necessary support to allow you to grow as an attorney and to focus on the proper workup of cases in preparation for settlement or trial. You will be supported by attorneys, legal assistants, nurse consultants, and other staff who will help lead client communications, obtain and prepare documents, and assist with the various demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Should have prior experience with Personal Injury Cases is required (either Plaintiff or Defence). Must have J.D. Degree from an accredited law school. Should be Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
