Washington, D.C. office seeks a billing assistant with 1+ years of experience is required. The candidate will be responsible for: Managing the Washington, D.C. Billing Help Desk with respect to technical Elite questions regarding billing and time, generating financial reports using Elite Enterprise, researching client inquiries, performing administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, sorting incoming mail, responding to emails, and maintaining client billing files. Other responsibilities include, as required by supervisor in support of the finance department, assisting the Billing Coordinator with overflow work to include, processing client payments, electronic billing, photocopying invoices and processing special time sensitive reports and act as a back-up to the Billing Coordinator in conducting orientation to new hires in the Washington, D.C. office. Knowledge of Elite Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is needed. Ability to accurately use a 10 key calculator is required. Strong command of the English language is required. Flexibility for overtime is needed.
