Contract Attorney The candidate will work closely with support staff in drafting and reviewing all documentation necessary to complete a residential mortgage foreclosure in New York. Will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the foreclosure process. New York State Bar Admission required. Minimum 1-3 years prior foreclosure and court experienced required. Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Understanding how to deal with large and complex clients. Ability to work with senior levels of management and effectively communicate legal issues. Convey a positive, service-oriented attitude. Must be a motivated, self-starter who is positive, team-oriented, and have a strong work ethic, organization skills and drive to succeed.
