Associate Attorney - Hybrid - Products Liability **Law Firm** is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience for our St. Louis office. The primary focus of this position will be on products liability litigation. This is a hybrid position, with a flexible mixture of remote and intermittent in-office attendance. Job Responsibilities - Manage case files - Take and defend depositions - Legal research - Prepare legal documents - Investigate facts - Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials Qualifications - 1-3 years of litigation experience - Strong academic credentials - Excellent writing and research skills - Proven ability to analyze complex factual and legal issues - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team - Courtroom, motion, and deposition experience preferred - Experience in state and federal courts and with alternative dispute resolution desired - Missouri bar license required - Dual license (MO/IL) preferred Compensation Law Firm offers competitive salaries, bonuses, and benefits commensurate with experience.
