Immigration Attorney - Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese The candidate will work on an existing case load consisting of primarily U visa cases, cancellation of removal cases, and I-601A predeparture hardship waivers, and some affirmative asylum case. Must have 3+ years of experience in the practice of immigration law, including experience in removal defense. Must have J.D. degree from an accredited law school in the United States. Must be admitted to practice in any U.S. state. Must speak Spanish or Portuguese at a conversational level.
