Part-time Contract Litigation Attorney The candidate work involves cutting-edge issues implicating the First Amendment, commercial speech and the regulation of signs, and real estate and commercial disputes. Primary responsibilities will be brief writing and discovery management, including thoughtful document review and analysis. Should have at least several years of experience at a major law firm, and a strong academic background. Must be a great researcher and writer. Experience with complex civil litigation or in real estate law are a plus.
