Prelitigation Paralegal The candidate must have at least 3 years experience in handling personal injury files including motor vehicle, slip and fall, and premises accidents. Must have extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury including property damage and PIP claims, medical review/indexing, understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer service and communication skills. Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Independent management and maintenance of 50+ prelitigation files simultaneously from intake through settlement or litigation. Daily contact with clients, insurance adjusters, doctors offices. Working closely with attorney in determining validity of claims. Handling all PIP matters and property damage claims. Scheduling clients with doctors and facilities. Request, follow-up, index and summarize all prelitigation medical records. Excellent organizational, time management, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently. Strong computer skills.
