Law Firm's Pensacola office is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of experience, preferably in the areas of first party property and/or general liability. Job Requirements: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, first party property and/or general liability, preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Summarizing and chronology of documents and/or timelines Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel Respond to Motions and Discovery Must be task orientated.
