Pittsburgh office seeks an HRMS administrator with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will support all business analysis and functional activities related to PeopleSoft and other HRMS, benefits and payroll applications, including the firm's internal database(s). Will be responsible for operating, maintaining, modifying and updating PeopleSoft modules for Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and Payroll Interface. Serve as the System Administrator for the HRMS and as the primary HRMS liaison for Benefits to define system requirements for open enrollment, monthly event maintenance and other benefit events. Will also be involved with Core HR and other firm activities, including, but not limited to orientation/new hire processes and salary planning. Train new users, convert data for new personnel due to firm growth, and recommend new strategies to better support firm management. Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or HR, or equivalent is required. Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 applications, specifically Benefits, Ben Admin, PS Query, PS Security and SQL reporting is needed.
