Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal The candidate will assist attorney by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; interviewing clients and witnesses; research, investigations, fact-checking; and trial preparation. Initial and ongoing client communication; investigation; requesting of medical records; drafting demand packages; communicating with treating doctors, adjusters, and experts. Draft and e-file complaints, subpoenas, motions, pleadings, discovery/RFP's and responses. Calculate and manage deadlines. Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Prepare exhibits and litigation binders. Assist attorney in trial preparation and attend trial as needed. Organize and maintain electronic case files within the firm's case management system. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work independently and perform at a high level, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Should have 3+ years experience as a litigation paralegal. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Works well independently and as part of a team. Must have exceptional client service skills with a heart for serving our client's needs. Spanish speaking a plus.
