Bilingual Criminal Defense/ Immigration Attorney Duties: Responsibilities include appearing in court on time at 8:30 am everyday taking care of clients during court hours 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Dealing directly with prosecutors on a daily basis in court and outside of court as well. Taking care of client concerns and problems after court is over. I will be assigning he or she with certain tasks to complete with a specific time frame. Will be heavily involved in dealing with clients and prosecutors. Qualifications: JD Degree. State Bar of Texas. Some Immigration law experience would be nice. A bright, motivated individual who is fluent in Spanish and English. Must be able to work independently and handle criminal cases with the guidance of a senior attorney.
