Litigation Attorney The candidate will work on various aspects of our firms work, including to wage and hour class action litigation, litigation involving anti-discrimination and anti-harassment law, living wage and worker retention rights, legislative advice, union staff and steward trainings, as well as appearances in arbitration and before various administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board and the State Personnel Board. Must have exemplary research, writing, and analytical skills. Current 3Ls, recent law graduates, and experienced attorneys is considered.
