Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate must have superior typing/transcription skills (75wpm). Excellent working knowledge of federal and circuit court e-filing, rules and procedures is essential. Exceptional grammar, punctuation and proofreading skills are must. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required. Remarkable people skills and ability to assist clients in person, via emails and via telephone are must. Ability to schedule and manage attorney deadlines is essential. Aptitude to manage and submit attorney expense reports is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint is must. Knowledge of case management software is mandatory.
