Pre-Litigation Paralegals The candidate will assist attorneys with representation of personal injury clients. The job will encompass all aspects of representing victims of negligence, particularly MVC cases. This would mean we require experienced MVC paralegals to handle auto/motorcycle/trucking collisions cases at every stage from intake up to litigation. Must possess at least 2-4 years of experience for a Junior paralegal position and 4+ years of relative experience for Senior Paralegal position. Must have mastered client intake, drafting demand letters, obtaining medicals, negotiating bill reductions, client call follow-up, and all manner of representing victims of motor vehicle collisions. A plus if experienced with a client-handling software program.
