Associate Attorney (Corporate) The candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Should also have experience working in the corporate/business/securities group of a large law firm and be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state. Should have experience in preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, private placement memoranda and SEC registrations. Must have 1 or more years of experience in one or more of the following: corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and business law and general corporate matters.
