Senior Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in a fast-paced and challenging environment with all aspects of legal and administrative support for litigation matters, including but not limited to docket and calendar, legal research, document review, discovery, draft pleadings and other legal documents, serve documents, conduct screening consultations, oversee all aspects of setting up and managing case files, draft, review and revise motions, trial preparation, trial support, tax filing, and prepare proofs of service. Data entry. Liaise with clients to gather documents and provide case updates via in-person written correspondence, telephone, and email. Liaise with the bookkeeper. Provide legal support to Raoul Severo. Perform general office administrative duties, including covering phones for other staff members, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare and mail US/UPS/Fed Ex packages, and other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 years of experience in a law firm assisting in litigation matters required. Excellent oral and written communications are required. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Good interpersonal skills are required.
